Governance

Rights: The Swarm Network is governed by its Members and the Swarm Council.

Purpose of Governance Actions: The will of the Swarm Network shall be prosecuted through the execution of Governance Actions.

Members with special responsibilities: The Members may decide, via Governance Action, to delegate certain governance-related functions to subgroups of Members (“Designated Members”) temporarily or permanently.
